The fleet of vehicles of our company is about sixty vehicles, in increasing number.

The company Autotraporti Monticelli srl undertakes to operate in a system of hygienic and sanitary self-control according to the hygiene regulations to be applied to food products (for example and not limited to, transport temperature control, vehicles hygiene control, control of the presence of weeds)

It complies with traceability rules as required by Regulation 178/2002 on food products and withdrawal procedures for non-compliant products.

In the executions of the services covered by the transport contract, the company guarantees the transport and the storage of the costumer’s products at temperatures of +4° C, variable in a range from -1° C /7°C limited to the phase of transport.
During multiple delivery jobs, with starting temperature always in the interval 1°C / 7°C, the maximum tolerated temperature is +10°C.

The company “Autotrasporti Monticelli srl of Monticelli Carlo” has implemented a system of self-control of the production process complying with the request of the Decree in question.
The self-monitoring system, based on the principles of HACCP, has led to the implementation of preventive and control procedures to ensure the hygiene of food raw materials transported by refrigerated vehicles.
The whole system is documented by a manual and microbiological analyses the will periodically carried out on food contract surfaces.
